Our HistoryIn 2013, seventy local residents participated in a “listening campaign” to explore their thoughts, concerns and ideas about what was needed in the greater Willow Creek / Trinity River community. The greatest concern, by an overwhelming margin, was the need for a community center.
In a community meeting on January 22, 2014, 25 people came together to discuss ideas about what that might look like. From that committee’s work has come Mountain Community and Culture, a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to bringing a community center to the Trinity River Valley. We have been building community relationships and funds to accomplish our goal! |
Accomplishing this goal will depend on a community-wide collaboration and partnership. |
